Un estilo de vida, y en especial una dieta que la prensa de la \u00e9poca bautizar\u00eda como \u00abmediterr\u00e1nea\u00bb, marcaba la diferencia. \u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 consiste la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se trata de un modo de alimentarse com\u00fan entre los pa\u00edses mediterr\u00e1neos, destacando Espa\u00f1a c\u00f3mo m\u00e1ximo exponente. La conforman un consumo diario de vegetales, frutas, pan y cereales, siendo estos \u00faltimos el alimento base. Tambi\u00e9n se incluyen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CR9lXaTqN-i\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link\">vino<\/a> y l\u00e1cteos en porciones moderadas. Adem\u00e1s con una frecuencia semanal,<a href=\"https:\/\/erreqerremadrid.com\/en\/galeria\/\"> huevos, pescado, marisco, carnes rojas y de ave<\/a>, en las cuales se incluye el vinagre como ali\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Otro elemento que no es propiamente alimenticio, pero no menos importante, es comer en familia y practicar ejercicio con regularidad.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo cocinar un plato mediterr\u00e1neo?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El aceite de oliva hist\u00f3ricamente ha estado ligado a esta regi\u00f3n, de ah\u00ed que se diga que la cultura mediterr\u00e1nea desaparece en la franja donde desaparece el olivo. Al usarlo para fre\u00edr nos aseguramos de preservar al m\u00e1ximo la calidad de los alimentos, obteniendo un resultado tan delicioso como natural. Asimismo, se aconseja utilizar formas de cocinar que requieran poca grasa, tales como la cocina al vapor, guisada o a la plancha.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo beneficia tu salud esta dieta?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>C\u00f3mo mencionamos al inicio, este estilo de alimentaci\u00f3n reduce la incidencia de enfermedades cardiovasculares. Ello se debe a un mayor consumo de productos ricos en \u00e1cidos grasos monoinsaturados. Tambi\u00e9n al uso regular del aceite de oliva, el cual disminuye el nivel de colesterol en sangre. A su vez la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea reduce el riesgo de deterioro cognitivo leve, siendo un paliativo frente a enfermedades como la demencia y el Alzheimer.<\/p>\n<p>Como prevenci\u00f3n y remedio para la obesidad, disminuye considerablemente los riesgos de diabetes, hipertensi\u00f3n, infarto y de accidente cerebrovascular. De igual manera favorece el desarrollo embrionario y fetal. Se encuentra entre las recomendaciones de la Dietary Guidelines for Americans (Pautas de Alimentaci\u00f3n para los Estadounidenses) para promover la salud y reducir las enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas.
